Training is a format where information is shared with the expectation that you will put to use the learned information in your job. Coaching is interactive and typically measures progress toward your defined goals. You receive continuous encouragement, feedback, and guidance as you make progress to your goals.

Your coach questions, thinks with you, encourages, helps you navigate, supports, challenges, and gives resilience first aid if needed (before or after, for example, a difficult conversation in your work).
No. We adhere to a strict privacy policy to ensure the integrity of your coaching journey. We won’t share anything with your leadership. You are always free to share your coaching experiences yourself.
Yes. We’ve undergone various external security reviews to ensure that data is stored confidentially and securely. In addition, all coaches work according to a professional code of conduct.
